Dr Bernd Degen – Scientific Advisor

Bernd is a globally recognised empirical and simulation analyst of plant population genetic structure. Over the last decade he has been a regular scientific collaborator with our Chief Scientific Officer Andrew Lowe and provides us with invaluable insight into populations genetics of trees. His main research interests are in examining the spatial and temporal dynamics of demographic and genetic composition of temperate and tropical tree populations. Lester Tay – Investment Advisor

Lester provides us with independent and insightful advice on investment fund raising and financial management. He is the CEO of Rockstead Capital Group, a boutique fund management company he co-founded that specialises in fund management, listing consultancy and pre-IPO investment. He has worked on several fund raising exercises, including originating, structuring, executing and sourcing for equity, equity instruments in the likes of warrants and convertibles, and loans for listing aspirants and listed entities in several regions. Dr Khoo Chong Yee – Patent Advisor

Chong-Yee is a biotech patent attorney and partner of Cantab LLP in Singapore. Chong Yee has been providing us with strategic advice on Intellectual Propery since 2009. He is well placed to do this as he combines expertise in genetics and law. His doctorate (PhD) is from Cambridge University postgraduate work involved four years laboratory research on DNA replication and the cell cycle. He is an author on two Nature papers and one in Current Biology.
